Smoked Old Fashioned
Ingredient List
- 2 oz whiskey
- 2-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- 1/2 tsp. water
- 1 orange slice
- 1 cherry

Directions
- Place sugar cube in a lowball glass and add bitters.
- Add water + whiskey, stir until sugar cube is dissolved.
- Fill glass with smoke, wait 2 minutes, then release the smoke.
- Add ice, garnish with seared orange slice and cherry.
Smoked Mint Julep
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz bourbon or mezcal
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 mint sprig

Directions
- Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a glass (bruise, but don’t shred leaves).
- Add liquor of choice.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice. Fill glass with smoke, wait 2 minutes, then release the smoke.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
Smoked Rosemary Bramble Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh blackberry juice
- 1 oz lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 1.5 oz whiskey
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 sprig of rosemary

Directions
- Smoke rosemary leaves into an empty glass.
- Add ice to cocktail shaker, then combine the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into the smoked glass with some fresh ice.
- Garnish with sprig of rosemary.
Smoke Break
Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz cream sherry
- 1/2 oz vermouth
- 2 dashes Spiced Cherry Bitters
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 bar dark chocolate
- 1 bag black cherries

Directions
- Fill glass with smoke, wait 2 minutes, then release the smoke.
- Add the bourbon, cream sherry, vermouth, both bitters, and ice to the glass. Stir until chilled.
- Top with some fresh ice.
- Serve with dark chocolate and cherries on the side and/or use as garnish.
